Delivery Options
We offer you different delivery options base on the attribute of the products. Some products can be shipped by courier or collectable from the stores, and some can only be delivered with truck. You will find the delivery options in the product detail page or see Delivery Charges for costs and delivery times.
Own Delivery Arrangement
This free service is available for any order which includes heavy items. We are happy that you arrange your own transport to our warehouse in Hong Kong to collect the order. Shelf Collection
Shelf Collection is a free online delivery option where you can easily collect accessories and small items in-store. Our Flagship Store in Horizon Plaza currently accept Shelf Collection orders. Please visit our store page to find our location and collection schedule of our store.
International Shipping
We ship our products to Australia, Japan, Singapore, UK and US. All eligible products are shown with an International Delivery icon. For those products without the International delivery icon, we are unable to deliver for various reasons such as warranties, logistics and legal reasons. However, if you can arrange your own delivery to ship the products to your country, please contact us at info@nookliving.com.hk to discuss the options.
